Because we want to respect your time and avoid the "Phone Tag" loop.
We know that in 2026, most people screen calls from numbers they don't recognize. By the time we leave a voicemail and you return it, days can pass.
To ensure that every inquiry is received, tracked and gets a proper response, voice calls are not monitored or returned. Text, email and online scheduling allow us to reliably follow up on all messages.
An evaluation begins by measuring how the ball rolls under controlled conditions. From there, results are reviewed to identify stable patterns and determine whether any changes are warranted. Not every evaluation leads to change.
No. Evaluations are designed to establish clarity, regardless of skill level. All clients follow the same process, with decisions guided by measured performance rather than experience or handicap.
That outcome does occur. When performance is stable and repeatable, no change is recommended. The purpose of evaluation is understanding, not intervention.
Polished Putting works with a small number of putter makers whose designs allow for meaningful customization based on evaluation results. This makes it possible to apply what we learn during an evaluation without compromise.
For that reason, we work with Makefield Putters and Fine-Tuned Putters. We do not stock major retail brands, as many models are offered in limited configurations that don’t translate well from evaluation to build.

A deposit is required for first sessions in Fort Myers and all sessions in Atlanta.
Please understand that as a small business, we earn no money when a client cancels. We have found that serious clients understand the need for a deposit and appreciate that understanding.
You will receive an invoice for the deposit after booking your session. If the deposit is not paid by 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, the session will be cancelled.
